Return & Refund Policy

At Lumiere France, customer satisfaction is our priority.

We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • The item must be in the original packaging

Non-returnable items:

  • Opened or used personal care products

  • Items damaged due to misuse

Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 working days.

Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please contact us at lumierefrancepk@gmail.com

Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty.
